Learn How to Apply for Federal Student Aid

Learn how to properly submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The free seminar includes financial literacy workshops and one-on-one assistance with completing the FAFSA form. Participants also will collect tips on financial literacy, tax preparation and financial resources.  Spanish and French translators will be on site. Prince George's Community College (PGCC) is hosting the program as part of College Goal Maryland 2013. 


Student Support Services/TRiO at Prince George’s Community College and financial aid experts from PGCC and across Maryland will take part in the program.

College Goal Maryland is a statewide volunteer program that provides free information and assistance to students applying for financial aid for post-secondary education. 

The event is open to the public. For more information, call 301-546-7571.  In case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled for February 16. 

Prince George’s Community College is a National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Two-year Education designated by the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security (2010-2015).
